Early Education Teacher 1-6 (English)

Job title: Early Education Teacher (English) for Children 1-6 Years Old

Location : České Budějovice, Czech Republic

Company Overview :

Abacus English Preschool offers daily all-day teaching in the English language. Our school is open to children of all nationalities with different levels of English, aged 1 to 8 years. Our goal is to provide our children with an English-speaking environment that will support and stimulate their personality development. Children learn English through engaging activities and games. The entire program is based on the British Cambridge Curriculum. The daily all-day program prepares children for future education in English, International, and Czech schools.

Responsibilities :

  • Plan and deliver creative and interactive lessons in the classroom that align with the school's curriculum and educational objectives.
  • Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued and supported.
  • Implement effective classroom management strategies to promote positive behavior and student engagement.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching practices and activities.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree related to Early Education, Education, or a related field, is preferred.
  • Teaching certification/license or a fully qualified nurse.
  • Proven experience teaching children, preferably in an English-language setting.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Enthusiastic and positive attitude towards teaching.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written).
